  • Custom engineering certification, civil/MEP design validation, government approvals, permit submissions or professional liability services.
  • Legacy system migration, bulk data import from unstructured files, custom reporting warehouses or non-standard third-party licensing.
  • VAT, bank transfer charges, payment gateway charges and any special third-party services requested by your team.

Confirm the selected license package, territory, exclusivity period and authorized approvers.
Ensure that customer-facing legal, privacy, warranty and quotation terms are approved by your authorized team.

Terms and conditions

Standard conditions for offer validity, ownership, support and exclusivity.

Offer validity

Pricing is valid for 30 days from issue unless extended in writing.

Scope control

The chosen package defines the first-phase scope. Major additions are handled through a written change request.

Exclusivity

Exclusivity applies only to the purchased territory, duration and industry category, and remains active while payments are current.

Confidentiality

Customer data, pricing, suppliers, margins, uploaded documents and quotation records are treated as confidential.

Ownership

Your company owns its business data and uploaded materials. VAI retains the reusable platform framework unless a separate source-code assignment is agreed.

Acceptance

A phase is accepted when the agreed acceptance criteria are met or when your authorized team approves launch/use of the delivered platform.

Support coverage

Monthly service includes reasonable operational support and bug fixes. New features, integrations and major workflow changes are quoted separately.

Suspension
